As at 30 April 2024 we have raised $3,144,247 (69.8% of Total Project Cost)
We are now seeking the remaining $1.356M
Total project costs are made up of:
Purchase of the land and building at 139 Grace Street $370,000
Renovation / capital development of site $3,943,300
Other project costs $186,400
(e.g. Insurance, rates, Project management)
Total $4,500,000
Note: Once established and operational, the facility will be financially self-sufficient. It will be managed on behalf of the community by the IC2 Trust.
