What is the Southland 1000?

The Southland 1000 is our special fundraising campaign inviting generous supporters to contribute $1,000 each towards The Grace Street Project.

Every donation of $1,000 will be recognised with a commemorative plaque, permanently displaying your name (or the name of someone you wish to honour) as a founding supporter of this important project.

Your $1,000 contribution will help us provide: 

  • A hosted community lounge, helping to build social connections and a sense of belonging

  • Eight flexible spaces fit for a huge variety of activities  

  • A technology hub  that provides everyone with access to, and training in, technology

  • Access to resources for pathway planning  into work or business

  • Increased community resilience and wellbeing

  • A facility will serve South Invercargill for generations

To complete your plaque purchase, please follow these steps:

  1. Fill in the form with your details and hit Submit

  2. Make a donation of $1,000 to The Grace Street Project by clicking here

  3. IMPORTANT: In your banking reference and particulars details you must include:

    • Particulars line - please use your name

    • Reference line - please use word - Plaque

      This reference is essential so we can match your donation to your plaque order and ensure your plaque and certificate are created with the correct details.
